Support, installation & training


Just like we offer Internet demonstrations we also provide support via the Internet.

The 3D scanner and software can be installed on your computer over the Internet. In most cases, installation is followed directly by training on basic use of the scanner and software. Training can take place in one session or in 2 or 3 sessions depending on your availability and the speed at which you adapt to this new way of working. You are entitled to 4 hours of free training upon installation. Additional training is possible via the Internet or by signing up for a training session organized at our center in Belgium. Online Support

If you have a question or a problem while using your SoleScanner or PodoCAD, all you have to do is use the « Help online » function in the « help » menu. This function enables you to notify us of the problem and send us a description along with an indication of urgency. We will then contact you with a solution or to request Internet access to your computer to solve the problem. Users are requested to use the « help online » function before calling or emailing us for support as the log file sent with the help online is a valuable analytical tool in diagnosing and finding a solution to your problem.
